Service Description
RATES: Low Season (Jan–Feb, Jul–Aug) - $12,000 Mid Season (Mar–Apr, Nov) - $14,000 Peak Season (May–Jun, Sep–Oct, Holidays) - $18,000 INCLUSIONS + Exclusive use of entire 14,000 sq. ft. estate + 22 acres + 2 nights lodging for up to 12–16 guests (6 bedrooms) + Full access to pool, gym, sauna, movie theatre, dual kitchens, pond + Welcome dinner or rehearsal on Friday, wedding on Saturday, brunch on Sunday + Dedicated venue manager throughout stay
Cancellation Policy
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS - To reserve your date, a 25% non-refundable booking deposit is required. This guarantees the property exclusively for your celebration. - The remaining balance is due 90 days before your event. CANCELLATIONS - Life happens, and we do our best to be flexible. - Cancel more than 90 days before: your deposit is retained, but other payments are refunded (minus a small admin fee). - Cancel 60–90 days before: 50% of your payments (excluding the deposit) are refunded. - Cancel less than 60 days before: no refunds, but we’ll gladly help you reschedule within 12 months. RESCHEDULING - One complimentary date change is included if you notify us more than 60 days before your event. - Rescheduling within 60 days of your event may incur a 10% admin fee and any difference in seasonal rates. - We’ll work with you to find the best available date.
