Rent our exquisite European-style chateau for your next event. Enjoy the picturesque landscape, infinity pool, and elegant interiors to create unforgettable memories. RATES: Low Season (Jan–Feb, Jul–Aug) - $3,000 Mid Season (Mar–Apr, Nov) - $3,500 Peak Season (May–Jun, Sep–Oct, Holidays) - $4,000 INCLUSIONS + Up to 8 hours estate access (ceremony + photos) + Access to main grounds, gardens, pond, and infinity pool for photos + Use of one prep suite + 1 guest bedroom (day-use) + On-site parking for up to 10 vehicles + Venue manager for coordination support
Cancellation Policy
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS - To reserve your date, a 25% non-refundable booking deposit is required. This guarantees the property exclusively for your celebration. - The remaining balance is due 10 days before your event. CANCELLATIONS - Life happens, and we do our best to be flexible. - Cancel more than 3 days before: your deposit is retained, but other payments are refunded. RESCHEDULING - One complimentary date change is included if you notify us more than 3 days before your event. - We’ll work with you to find the best available date.
